What the code doesn't tell you, and how to write it down

Working with AI agents leaves behind a pile of specs and task descriptions that nobody goes back to. I'm trying something different: a foundation of five elements that sits next to the code and records what you can't read from the code: decisions with their reasons, rules, a part map, a glossary and facts about the world around the product. I show what each of them does and what it costs today.

Taking a course beyond reading it

A course lesson or an article gives little while it stays theory. So I go through them differently: I relate each element to my own work, try it out on my own project and end with a decision to adopt it, reject it or leave it open. Only this way has learning started to change my everyday work.
